The crowning tier of Falcons Landing, West Falls Center was designed and built to offer a first-class assisted living lifestyle in the proud tradition fostered for over 10 years at Falcons Landing. Opened in May 2006, West Falls Center combines the finest in hospitality and health care. Residents will enjoy the elegant surroundings, comfortable and spacious senior apartments, exceptional amenities, gourmet dining, and enriching activities and social programs. Also, the security of a state-of-the-art emergency response system and an on-site wellness clinic with Registered Nurse Supervision and 24 hour staffing provides an even greater sense of well-being for residents and their families.
Mission
The mission of the Air Force Retired Officers Community is to develop and operate a first-class retirement community for the benefit of retired military officers, their spouses and widowed spouses. The community shall provide the AFROC members according to need on a non-profit charitable basis with housing facilities and services specially designed to enhance their health, security, happiness and usefulness in longer living. The Community may also provide select charitable services to the external community without compromising its fiduciary responsibility to its members.
AFROC History
Air Force Retired Officers Community (AFROC) is the sponsor of Falcons Landing, a premier retirement community located in Loudoun County. Falcons Landing, an accredited Continuing Care Retirement Community, opened in 1996 and offers retirement living in a beautiful setting with luxurious amenities. Becoming an independent resident at Falcons Landing is limited to retired military officers, their spouses, and widowed spouses. The Assisted Living Community will be open to all Falcons contract holders, AFROC members, as well as to the local community.

West Falls Center at Falcons Landing is designed to maximize the independence and comfort of our residents in an elegant setting. Conveniently located less than an hour from Washington, D.C. and just minutes from Dulles International Airport, the community also puts shopping, culture, and nature at your fingertips. The Community features gathering areas for friends, family, and organized activities. So, whether you prefer to spend time in your private suite or mingle at social events, West Falls Center at Falcons Landing provides something for everyone.
West Falls Center at Falcons Landing is located on adjacent acres to Falcons Landing. A transportation shuttle will run between both communities.
